When Lena Ahlström started Ledarstudion in 2002, she had years of experience in working with management in large corporations. She was able to observe close up how much work needed to be done, but also the unlikely results of what were seemingly simple methods.

By combining the need for clarity, self-development and leadership in businesses with the tools used on stage to express yourself, be present and communicate, she created a unique training concept. Since the very start, this concept has been finely tuned to form a number of different programmes and services providing managers and working teams with powerful tools to develop into better people, managers and teams.
