WHO ARE WE?
At Ledarstudion, each programme is always guided by two coaches. Given that the maximum number of participants in our open programmes is eight, the ratio of participant to coach is high. A highly qualified leadership developer and a stage performance coach – who is also a qualified speech and language coach (logonom) or speech-language pathologists – work together with each group. We also include actors, who interact with the group, to further enhance the suspense in certain parts of the programme. Below is an overview of the people you will meet at Ledarstudion.
