Leaders and individuals who need to train their ability to create connection, presence, clarity, and credibility before a presentation should start with us. We say should because we know that we can give every presentation an extra boost. This could be a presentation at a leadership conference, an opening speech, a board meeting, a partner entry, a media meeting, or a tribute and ceremonial speech for someone who means a lot to the organization or you personally.

When does individual coaching work best?

Individual coaching works best in two scenarios. First, for those who have completed our basic programs and want to practice for a specific situation. Second, for those who want to try our concept and later attend one of our basic programs.

We do not recommend Individual Coaching for practicing a large number of our tools and exercises. You need to be in a group to fully benefit from them. Seeing what happens to yourself and others in a specific context is powerful. It would take an infinite amount of time to make this journey alone. The insights and lessons you gain from the development of others are invaluable.

Our educational philosophy is always that the coaches are certified to challenge, explore, and appreciate you and the others, both in individual coaching and group training.

We conduct a needs analysis together with you

In our Individual Coaching, you will train individually with our coaches. Together, we conduct a needs analysis and tailor your training accordingly. Based on your needs, we match you with a coach who will help you make your messages clear in both content and form.

You will work, as always, with your voice and movements and how they interact with the content and your message, all to make your audience curious, interested, and inspired.
