What do we do at Ledarstudion?
Ledarstudion provides practical training in communication and leadership through an exploratory personal feedback and reflection based learning process guided by our certified facilitators. Our unique concept is Exploratory Skills Training (UFT®) which is based on three pillars:

THE CONTEXT
We have our own house of 1000 square meters in the heart of Vasastan in Stockholm, featuring 8 scenically equipped studios spread across 4 floors.
It can be easy to start a development process with the participants, but bringing it to completion with everyone’s appreciation is an art. The responsibility and work of the facilitators – to provide challenging instruction as well as relevant and appreciative feedback – is a significant task. With the right and effective guidance, we lead the participant to see their full potential.
The participants, who train in small groups, become more self-aware. They develop their personal expression and communication skills, and enhance their ability to get their message across—thereby increasing the sense of agency and impact among their audience.
